The Protocol
01. Preparation & Dry Base
Preheat oven to 325°F. Line a large, rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper (essential for honey management). Combine oats, nuts, and seeds in a large mixing bowl until evenly distributed.
02. Emulsion & Coating
Whisk together the honey, oil, spices, salt, and vanilla. Whisk vigorously until the oil and honey are fully emulsified. Pour over the dry base and fold until every oat is glistening.
03. Thermal Setting
Spread onto the pan and press down firmly into an even "brick." Bake for 20-25 minutes. Pull once the edges reach a deep golden brown. Let sit undisturbed for 1 hour before breaking into chunks.
